Disclaimer
The Employee Restaurant Rating System was designed to assist potential staffers with finding an employing restaurant suitable to them in particular. It’s made to benefit both employee and employer in finding a “fit” that is beneficial to both parties, thus not wasting anyone’s time. It is not meant in any way to slander the name or reputation of any business or organization. The opinions represented here should in no way be used to judge a restaurant on success, friendliness, quality or service.
Different people require personal comfort criteria in which they need in order to function properly. For instance, some may like to work in a more strict/professional atmosphere, while others may prefer a more laidback/fun atmosphere. Or, some employers provide shift-pay if the tips aren’t as good and some do not. This will provide guidelines for criteria that the individual may use in his/her job hunt. Any opinion here is the opinion of employees or ex-employees of an establishment and may or may not always correctly distinguish all features of any given establishment. Conditions anywhere will change frequently, so bear in mind the timeframe an employee worked at an establishment.
None of the opinions here are that of insidedish.com or any of its employees and therefore we should not be held responsible for anything resulting in what one might consider negative feedback. Our hope is to provide the correct type of staff to the correct type of restaurant so that all may be benefited by this site.
